§1 Scope& Conditions of Participation
All my services are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. By registering for an appointment and subsequently scheduling the appointment, you acknowledge them and enter into a binding contract with SYTHEC Ltd. At the same time, you acknowledge that this consultation does not replace a medical examination and that you are encouraged to consult a doctor independently if you experience symptoms that indicate illness.
§2 Payment by Advance Transfer
To book a consultation appointment, payment is due in advance. Unless otherwise agreed in advance.
§3 Cancellation Fee
Fixed consultation appointments that are not used will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. This payment obligation does not apply if the appointment was canceled at least 24 hours in advance, or if the client is unable to attend the appointment through no fault of their own, for example, in the event of sudden illness or an accident.
§4 Payment by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice
In the event of an invoice being issued, outstanding invoices must be paid by bank transfer. Invoices are due on the date of invoice delivery. An additional €3 will be charged for payment reminders (4 weeks after invoice issuance), and a further €4 for the second reminder (8 weeks after invoice issuance). Further non-payment will result in additional costs (attorney fees/legal collection proceedings).

The documents provided during the consultation are intended solely for the client's personal use. Reproduction or distribution to third parties is not permitted.
